VIDEO DOESN'T APPEAR:
(A) If you don't see video in the bubble, you should click on the RED "Click Here" button in the center of the bubble, which
will bring up the Flash settings dialog window.

(B) The Flash settings dialog window will have a dropdown list of all the available camera drivers your computer has. You
should select the first one on the list and then click the Close button.
If you still don't see video in the bubble, repeat this selection process until you find the one that works. Once you find the one that works, your settings will be saved.

SETTING VIDEO QUALITY:
The Bubbletweet webcam recorder is designed to automatically set the recording quality of your video
as based on your current connection speed.
In some cases, this connection speed may have been improperly set, so if you want to manually change your
connection speed (quality setting), please follow these instructions:
(A) First, click on the bottom left "quality notice" which is actually a button:

(B) This will bring up a special dialog area where you can manually change the recorders connection speed (quality setting). Try
changing to the highest level by clicking on "high".

As soon as you click on a new qaulity setting, the recorder will immediately
close this dialog window and change to the new connection speed.
At this point, you should try to re-record your video message and see if the quality has improved.

NO AUDIO:
(A) If your video plays back without audio, you should click on the
RED "No Sound" button in the top right area of the recording area. This will
bring up a confirmation window asking that you want to check your audio settings.


(B) The Flash audio settings dialog window will have a dropdown list of all the available mircrophone drivers for your computer. You
should select the first one on the list and then click the Close button and then try to record another video.
If your video again plays back without audio, repeat this selection process until you find the audio driver that works for your camera. Once you find the one that works, your settings will be saved.
